I think your ip can't be changed.
Do you have any other connection settings?

Here in the phillipines
we have 3 connection settings in 1 network
ex.
Sun MMS = for mms
Sun WAP = ip can't be changed
Sun Internet = no ip but can be changed

edit the connection setting that has no ip.

Here we have 3 connection 1. MMS data 2.vlive which do have proxys 3.internet.vodacom it doesn't have proxy. I tried the trick with vlive.

that's what we're talking about, that connection setting Internet.vodacom is use for web browsing right,

but we will use it in browsing and downloading.

connection setting:
internet.vodacom

Ip address: smokeflower.com
port: 80

in your default web browser:

http://live.vodafone.com/dahr.php
