RAM is always expressed in actual capacity whatever electronic device or computer it is. There's is no such specs as available RAM. Remaining capacity description may apply to ROM or internal storage but not RAM.
So far what's revealed is that Neo and Pro have 380MB RAM while internal storage available to user is 320MB. Hmmm feels like mid end. SE better sell them cheap.

I think he's referring to some insider info within GSM Arena, the test unit that they use for previews/reviews... so you will not find anything until they publish the review/preview

Nope. Xperia Play has 512mb dual channel RAM.

Hope SE optimize the phone so the battery can last much longer than my U20i, which is only last about 8 - 12 hours on moderate to heavy use.
