Between arc & neo no it's the same but i don't try with led flash yet.
But for me GS2 is better (i killed mine with custom roms and it's in customer service/warranty i wait for it).

Maybe its just me, I went on to flash my Neo from the generic Malaysia 2.3.2 FW to Generic UK 2.3.3
the camera seem to get the focus better. At least when I press the shuttle...it seem to be faster.
of course I agree the stand by time is more impressive now. Since this version come with Xloud...it make me love my Neo.
