At Sonys Swedish site the status has changed from Coming Soon to New, so I guess the shipping out to the stores has started. Estimate delivery date by most Swedish WEB shops is now set to around 23:d May.

I have to agree. In fulls size Xperia S pictures look grainy while Xperia P looks nice and smooth.

It seems so. The difference between the picture quality of Xperia S and Xperia P is really drastic.

Maybe it's using different sensor.
I think Sony makes the Iphone 4S camera sensor, maybe it's using the same.
