I don't even think it was in the thousands, and if it was, definitely the low ones!

They really should have taken pre-orders to gauge interest at least, annoyingly you can't even order now and have it go on backorder. There is no longer a notify me link on the page either so you just have to check everyday?!?!

Guaranteed to be the same fiasco when they get more stock, annoying to say the least.

I'll just be happy when I finally have mine in my hands!

I got to play with this phone surprisingly in CPW today. I didnt even contemplate them having a working unit on show.

First impressions, very nice phone, the back is a bit bland and the screen seemed really dull and colourless. The screen also seemed small which was probably all in my head.

A very nice phone but i prefer the Galaxy Nexus design from last year and my SGS3.

One review did say that the screen has low brightness on the auto setting indoors. And they said it's color is not as vibrant as Samsung for example. There is a photo in this page of inside the Nexus,it looks packed inside. Also, some people are reporting purple haze with camera. Probably nothing

It is the same on my Nexus 7 so maybe it has to do with the settings of Jelly Bean ... on auto brightness it is just too dark, but you can adjust it manually, 40-50% brightness will do just fine. (indoor)

OK I can't upload photo right now as am on my mobile. But I played with a Nexus 4 today in Carphone store and it is the biggest finger print magnet ever. Also it felt quite light weight too. The screen was set to maximum brightness no auto and it was rather low. It felt fast yes but also didn't feel premium. It said next to it sim free £389. I asked an assistant who said it's only on contract right now

Supposedly a 7-Band(!) LTE chip is left dormant from the manufacturing process! Oh Goodiee Gummdrops!

That is incredible Google have this habit of not telling us about all the features in their phone and OS, lol, some of these things have to be discovered by reviewers and users. Sad its just going to sit there and not be of any use.
