I'm struggling to remember now but I couldn't upload images from IE10, especially to esato, then Google changed something to prevent syncing of Google accounts to wp8 ie, contacts, calendars ect and to me that's really important because all my work based stuff is tied into Google so at the time I wasn't prepared to move everything over to Microsoft, so I bailed out and sold the 820 to get the xperia t.

I see. I know aswell I don't understand why MS have not enabled that uploading images. THrough Face Book or whatever it has to be done through the OS itself not through browser. Uploading and sharing is simple,easy and good but not via browser. An odd one but I don't need to upload from my phone anyway to Esato

I don't know why Microsoft omitted this either, all they say is it's security reasons.
Another big thing for me at the time was that there was no app to track your data usage, everyone kept saying don't worry data sense is coming but it was an at&t exclusive

The lack of file access is very annoying indeed. I could upload photos to esato with
feature phones.
I still love the general use of wPhone though.

Doesn't bother me at all WP does everything i need to do. I had alot of trouble uploading pics to Esato forums even on Android. Sometimes would never work. Folders does not bother me either although it may happen with tile folders with the next update coming in summer,Windows Blue so i read.

you are probably right, its over reacting. but its more or less the frustration speaking out of me. its a great device, with out a doubt - but if you are looking at other forums and at the number of people affected by it, then frustration is imminent. especially because there is currently no fix for this issue. but they are doing something right if yours is not affected. people should be aware of this problem and at least check their devices.
