The lack of the ability to store apps on the SD card, unless formatted is not really a big thing for me.
Videos, photos and songs are the things that take the most space anyway.

That's one of things I want to find out when the S7 is publicly out.

As it said on those articles (in the previous page)... the card is usable when its formatted in that phone itself. My question is... does that formatting extend to media files? For example; A 64gb card is formatted in the S7, then a lot of media files are put on it (videos, songs, photos). If you take that card out, and put it in say for example, an S5, will that S5 read those same media files? Will that S5 play that same video or song the way it does in the S7?

I hope the answer to this is a 'yes'.

...

Im thinking, its like formatting a flash drive on a Mac, then putting a bunch of files in it... then inserting it into a PC.

Anyway, I hope I'm wrong, really.

cheers!

Why do you using ?

This was allready decide, its a Galaxy S7 nothing special at all, what is new? tell me 4 gig ram thats all and after the update the S7 will be slow as hell just like the S6,S5,S4,S3 and so on.

Faster processor means nothing, more RAM means also nothing what user friendly?
Water proof suddenly also the best, so typical.

Bad speaker, bad display not good color precision, camera is NOT the best.
So overhyped samsung stuff like always.

Next!!

So bitter parts of his post don't even make sense it's tough to be a Sony fanboy these days.

The S7 truly deserves it, the Design, the specs, the SoCs, the fact that Samsung has matched their new memory with MicroSD and the new TW I see why you're so bitter.

Seems Samsung is ALREADY shipping some S7 and S7 Edge units to their new owners:

Reports from Reddit are that some people have taken delivery already

Seems OEMs like Sony could learn a lot about Announcement to shipping times from Samsung.

They seem optimistic, with some of the developing economies struggling, let's see if they can sell all of those.

Um, maybe they will again use some of the 'aggressive' marketing tactics they used in selling the S6? Like if you pre-order they'd include a wireless charger or a similar accessory?

For example, in Russia they'd include VR Glasses...

Here in Norway you get the VR glasses and a wireless chargingpad if you pre-order the S7 or the Edge model.
