Anyone out there phoned them recently i.e this afternoon?
I'm sick of calling, think they all know my voice in call centre now!

They told me that i will get it on friday or saturday that they want to conect them now. I even called them again that i want to place an order for a P900, they told me that the latest I will get it is on Monday, and that they have them in stock as i speak, he even told me how many do i want to order. I think there is something wrong with them, at the end of the day i told them to cancel my previous order,and put my money back on my card, he just said Oooh.

Right, heres the deal.
I have just called again and got through to Sales, they advised that they were still awaiting stock and are receiving 25 handsets this evening???. 25 i said, you have over 200 on backorder?. WTF
I then got the number for Customer Services (0845 456 7878) and enquired with them. Lady put me on hold for 20 secs and came back and advised that she had just spoken to her manager and they were receiving enough phones to clear the back order. Hmmmm very quick chat with her manager, have they just fed me more bullshit???
Usual story yet again, you will receive a call when we receive the phones, she advised tomorrow morning(NO CHANCE) or Saturday morning(HIGHLY UNLIKELY)
So keep on bombarding them with calls and post your stories here!!

My friend called them now 14.46 to place an order and they told him that they have none in stock, and that they will recieve some on wednesday, that if he wants one he should pre-order now, i told him to try carphonewarehouse, and he told them to pricematch OSPS which they did for £99.99 on the same tariff, and to be delivered tomorrow, very good deal.

I think you should try them again, i guess the sales person you spoke too doesnt have a clue, they can pricematch £69.99 for £99.99 on your plan 400, try calling them again and speak to someone else.

On yp400, cpw price is 129.99, osps 69.99.
Do they actually ask where the offer is( i didnt get this far in conversation) because if they dont i could say it is 79.99 and see what they do

damn, just phoned cpw again. They would do it for me for 99.99, but they are now out of stock!! aaarrrggghhhh lol
couldnt be arsed to put it on back order will check cpw shop in town tomorrow, see if they have any.
Anyone know if the store will do the same pricematch, or will they ask to see proof that it is in stock? Because as we all know it isnt in stock at osps
