Never had any problems with it's size, my only gripe is the antenna, I'm sure Sharp could have lost it somehow. As for the file size sending, yeah I couldn't agree more, it is s**te, but thats bloody Vodafone for you I'm afraid. With the Nokia 6230, you will notice the difference I think with the screen resolution, it's still cack.

Ok,as my host is down i'll upload this pic (to Esato) taken with the Sharp GX20 that my mrs recently purchased,it was on another thread but i cant find it to leave a link
This is the Sharp camera that we should be comparing the k700 with

My opinion is that if could get the camera right then we would have perfect phones but we would still see complaints, the sms alert tone? *Most other phones do have this option*
Apart from that one little hiccup i think just need to make their camera's better, which im not too fussed about atm cus whenever i go out i take with me my t68i with hpm-10 mp3 player always attached to it,my mca-25 is always in my pocket now (just in case),and then i use t610 for calls and wap gprs.It would be nice to have that lot all in one but i suppose i can put up with it until make a better cam phone, but i would still end up taking out the t68i/hpm-10 mp3 if i get the k700
Bet you could'nt do all that with 2 Sharp phones tho!

Its funny cus Sharp used to sponsor Man Utd,for years and years actually so they gotta have the cash behind them. But now Vodafone sponsor them, makes one wonder whats going on,they may aswell have just bin sponsored by Sharp phones cus they Voda-branded like hell anyway

Boyi:
Just to let you know, you can change the message alert on the GX30 to anything midi file you want and it's possible to download SMAF files for the alert also, so you can have real sounds on there also.
As for the MP3 player, the GX30 has one and with a 256 SD card you can fit round about 50 songs on it, which you can play on the loudspeaker. Also can't fault it's WAP access at all.

i dont know about your gx30 but i think that bluetooth and irda are locked from sharp and the only use for irda is as modem and for bluetooth only connecting with audio getaway, also when you connect your phone with your(i think there is something like usb for that) pc your computer cant recognise memory card only phones memory so you must buy an sd card reader and you cant listen mp3 with stereo fr that reasons sonyericssons phones are better than sharps.
the only think i like in gx30 is the megapixel cam and not the screen because you cant see fullscreen videos or play high res videos to take advantage of 262k.

sorry for my bad english

On the antenna issue.
The t610 and t68 both have really poor reception on orange (and i believe other networks to).

Does the inclusion of a antenna improve the sharps reception?

If only SE would allow the t610 to use t68's camera attachments, then I would be happy.

Oh and the t610 does have 'some' good games, such as sheep mania, fifa 2003, soccer manager.

Does the sharp have a POP3 email client?
