ONE AT A TIME PEOPLE!!
No water is not blue, it is clear. Oxygenated water is blue due to the scattering effect similar to what happens in the sky, but water itself has no colour. Water has no taste. However, the amount and type of salts dissolved in the water contribute hugely to variations in "taste".

Im quite happy to associate myself with the good old british stiff upper lip no nonsense yes m'lady what ho jeeves we'll have no trouble here! But i cant stand the stupid arrogant fat bald british lager lout bastards which are all too common no matter where you go in the world these days. Its funny cos i do a lot of travelling, and no matter where i go, the English have a reputation which preceeds them, but conversely, the Scots are well received. So maybe this says something...?
Anyways, if being british means MI6, parliament, the italian job, long walks in the countryside, James Bond, pound coins, spitfires, Blackadder, and having a good chuckle at the blunderings of George Bush and his fellow Americans, then i guess im British.
