hehe - know what you mean - I feel it to - but so far it lives up to all my expectations. No phone is perfect - especially right after launch - but all things considered I think the K700i is a marvelous litle piece of equipment. A few bugs that needs sorted out in coming firmwares - and a few small things I would have liked to be different (like the + and - button on the side, to small for my fingers) but apart from those - the phone is great. Relatively cheap, lots of functions and good sollutions, all wrapped in the nicest small package Ive seen in a very long time. A very nice succesor to my T610.

If you turn the phone off the next time you charge it, you will see the red LED again.

When I first got the K700, one of the first things that I did besides transfer contacts is transfer ringtones as well. I had the "Helicopter" ringtone transferred (IMY ringtone) and while I had it ringing, I looked around the phone for any peculiar lights. I found the red LED under the power button flashing. Though I did thought that the white LED "flash" would start lighting up, but it didn't.

Just to share a few things I noticed about my K700...
1. Battery on my phone is 700 mAh and not 670 as seen in most of the K700 photos
2. There is absolutely no lag
3. SMS/T9 is VERY fast. I'd say its on par with Nokia phones.
4. The '2' key does get stuck sometimes but only if I press the key on the top most part
5. The phonebook now has an option of selecting SIM contacts as the default phonebook
6. When you are scrolling through a list, I noticed that the speed of scrolling increases as you keeping the joystick held up/down. That sure is neat.

I know this is a stupid question. How do you guys know that your K700 is fully charged? Do the RED LED turn green?
Cos my screen did not turn off after the phone is charged and it still showed a "charging" message after 8 hours of charge (first charge) though the power bar is full.
Could this be like Z600 whereby it showed a "charging" message on the screen but the LED turned green (power is full also)? I know this is a firmware problem for Z600. But for K700 (see above)???
Could appreciate any advice here. Thanks.
