@deathstaruk2

A crap CD? How so? I mean, no offence, but they are hardly going to give away anything amazing on their CD are they?

Just got my S700i today, MPC (Mobile Phone Centre) In Bristol (UK).

Here it is next to my SPV C500, which ironically is poo in comparison to the S700i.

It also matches my new Sony Vaio A117s, aaaahhhhhh, don't you just love Sony My bank balance doesn't though £200 on contract, but its worth it!!!

Comes with Stereo headphones / handsfree, 32mb Mem card + Adapter, Charger, Software, Battery etc................ thats about it really!!!

mince-inside, (great name by the way)

I have the Sony Vaio A117s:

Got it from John Lewis, they price matched it from £1800 to £1578.... something something (can't remember the pence).

It has the new Sony 1920 x 1200, super res 17" display. Looks so sweeeaaattt

Would highly recomend any of the current Sony Vaio range, but 117 & 119 are getting all of the best buys in the laptop mags at the moment.

P.S, Id agree ref the S700 size. Not as big as id anticipated, which is nice

My 15" (screen that is ladies) is getting to heavy with all the other shite I carry to work every so I'm looking for a little one with decent spec and can be docked at work with extranal monitor and kb. Thanks for tip re John Lewis as I have one a couple of hundred yards from work here in Edinburgh

No probs mate, they even match online prices as long as the retailer has at least one retail store.

So for instance they may be mainly online, but have a small outlet in say wolverhampton. You even have up to 28 days from purchase to find it cheaper, so you can make impulse buys then go find it cheaper online, then they price match.

I do it all the time, they are a spot on company in all fairness. Even give 2 years warrenty on all PC's / Laptops. 5 years on tv's etc.

PS, I don't work for them by the way Just bought alot of stuff there recently and been impressed!!!!
