i have been with UK voda for 18 months now, i have had no problem with customer support, ,coverage, gprs, handsets or anything! the only thing that has goone wrong was when my T65 stopped working and they had it sent away and repaired within 5 days and give me £20 compensation for the inconvenience and a loan phone to use until my phone was repaired, if vodafone suck ass then why oh why are they the biggest mobile communications network in the world eh?!!!

I dont like orange because they brand everything, like when i got my t68i, i didnt even get the se manual, it was replaced by a Sh*tty orange one, the box was an orange one aswell, and they even have there logo when you turn on the phone its so irratating.
@elmarko
You where lucky to get compensation from Vodafone, i previously had a 8310 with them on contract, and the phone was sent away 5 times in total, and when i went to hand the phone in to them for the 6th time , they said "all they could do was give me a re conditioned phone", which was in worse condition than my original one. So i had to threat them of cancelling my contract in order to get a replacement. Eventually i got a new one, rather bad considering i spend on average £250 a month with them.

Ask yourself why T Mobile are the cheapest, have free voice mailbod give away free handsets. The answer? They are crap! So to compensate fortifis unreliable network they give free stuff like voice mail. What good is free voice mail when you have no network coverage to listen to it? By the way Vodafone Live handsets have the Vodafone logo on them and they look alot worse than the Orange ones.

02 and Genie customer service is crap. The reason why Vodafone have standard handsets straight out the box is because their network is basic and standard just like their handsets out of the box. Orange has more network services and carry out more testing than any other network. That's why their handsets take longer to come out. All good things come to thoughs who wait. Just like the P800.
