@pelle try to find that guy, if u got his tel nr, maybe the operator gives u his add, if its not a secret nr of course.

@pelle i called my connection at an operator, he suggested to bring the fone to se and tell them the situation. U havent done anything bad, the guy is the one who sold it for u. If its a stolen fone, the police will look for it anyway, better to avoid to get u in trouble aswell. Maybe the fone is just wrong flashed and no other problems with it. He didnt know much about swedish law, but se service seems the best solution for him.

I went to a SE shop and tehy tired to flash it but they said that they could not do it, beacuse the ccd or what it is calld hade some error! So they did send it some place else...

@pelle sorry to hear that. Did u contacted the guy? U should forget this fone and get back the money as i suggested. Its going to be a nightmare now. At least the guy should pay for the service!
