With a conventional ipod, I find it impossible to carry it in any suit pocket, with the ipod mini you can just about get away with having in an inside pocket (as long as you don't button your coat). With the Shuffle, you can easily have it in any pocket without it ruining the cut or line of your suit i.e. there are no ugly crease lines.
