Hello,
1. get yourself a good cable. Setool supports T28 SERVICE cable very cheap aswell.
2. Download Setool com port gui from
http://www.setool.net
3. Have a look at the list of resellers on that site - pick one you like and purchase 1 credit from them.
4. You will recieve an email with your username password and server details - enter these into the Setool program.
3. Download the V800/Z800 R1X files from the setool support area.
4. Place the
main firmware file in the Main firmware box.
5. Place the FS EU5 file in the File System Image box.
6. Check the
Complete phone box.
7. Connect cable to computer and phone.
8. Press the Flash button
Be happy
Points to remember:
Battery must be fully charged
Use Xp if you can
make sure you have a service cable NOT data cable.
Speed must be 115200 baud for T28
Make sure you select the correct com port.

Finally a pure
phone without the sh*te, the Z800 drivers work as well.
Thank you to all those that worked on this, keep up the good work.
Now the only thing we need are the original V/Z800 housings and i can get rid of Vodacrap!
Anyone got leads on this yet?
