They should make the manufacturer pages free too

's site isn't really a dog when you compare it to the montrosity that is vlive! .. >:/
I wodner how our euro users would feel about a 3mb plan, eesh, we really are on the primitive ends of data plans when it comes to Vodafone.
btw re: 3G,
afaik Vodafone have only launched the testing of it, not the full service as yet. Though I think that businesses have had the chance to get in early on it, which wouldn't surprise me.
I wish telstra clear would take off and give some GSM competition.

I've got a complaint...Don't Vodafone's call prices piss you off? I gotta admit i'm only on prepay and its just too much to pay for a call!
@carkitter No I didn't go to the game, but it was good though!
Sometimes on prepay, you can use your last dollar to surf WAP as much as you like until you get off WAP, then they charge you, but sometimes they charge you during your WAP session...whats up with that?

Vodafone have never been on the ball when it comes ot billing.
Remember when PXT was free for a month?
That was because they hadn't worked out how to bill it properly

@Gigs
That's probably why 3G isn't on stream yet. They are probably looking at thier Data Plan Rates and scratching thier heads. I hear we pay some of the highest Data Rates in the world. Can anyone from Northern Hemisphere browsing this forum confirm?

@Oh li
I've never been on Prepay so I can't comment. I chose a G025 200min plan ($25/month) first up, followed by a 021 GET300 (weekends and evenings) and now a Motormouth Plan with 3MB Data. I tend to make calls rather than text, but I use PXT whenever I have the time.

@oh-li:
Prepay seems a little bugged...
Maybe its to do about how they bill it internally?
@car:
and

at the data plans, all these people on esato wanting edge etc... Must be nice not to have to worry about a 100-1000 data bill lol

News Flash! K750i available at Parallel Imported for$999
Also available on TradeMe at around $800
Note: Lots of people on TradeMe buying Second Hand Mobile phones and Bluetooth Accessories at Parallel imported's "NEW" prices. Electronic goods sold second hand are only worth 60% of new price even in good condition. Buyer Beware! Always look around...

I saw it advertised in the paper for $1199 in parallel imported. Thats a ripoff. Its coming out this month for $899. Im gonna get it from China for around $700 or ill wait a bit longer. Especially hearing about all these bugs. Maybe wait for the new firmware

I was at P/I yesterday and it was definately $999. $1199is a rip-off I agree.
re:firmware ... You're right, might be best to wait. I want the W800i but I'll wait 'til it's camera is updated to the newer version.

I'd rather not go P/I personally.. I'd prefer a warranty thats supported here. Specially on a newer phone like a K750 or W800.
Specially given how much

does firmware releases lol
I've heard its only going to be about $800-900 on release anyhow. Which hopefully isn't too far away.
The big question for me is will it be live!'d or not.. I hope not.

Sony Ericsson said its out in June. My Mobile magazine said its expected RRP is $899. I may be taking a risk with getting the phone from China, meaning waranty wont be available here but it will be cheaper. I think you can update the firmware yourself now with the USB cable that comes with it though.
If you get it in NZ on release Ill bet it will be vodafone branded
