They should write a law that states.
If a person/persons recieves a "bluejack" the afore mentioned person/s can take forcefull action against the blue jacker / blue jackee's and punch them in the neck causeing them to suffer brething difficulty. This forcefull and often violent response to being blue jacked is not punishable in the court of law.

I dont get the whole deal about bluejacking, it really is utterly pointless. Sending a picture or a "hello!" to a complete stranger...why? Im sorry but it really isnt my cup of tea.
