As far as i know its not possible scott you got to have it on a cd to install it on a new pc even a laptop. So basictly you need to get down to pc world and buy a OEM or what ever it is your after.I might have miss understood you thou if you have it on a file not actually installed then mabe there is some thing you can do about it probably burn it onto cd using nero.I must stress the copy must have been purchased first not downloaded free.If you would like to know how to burn it and get an Image to use just post your questions or use google probably be better of with google really.

isnt the 945 motherboard a lot more costlier? With a 915 intel and 2x512mb ram , wont that suffice for playing all the games i want?

945 shouldnt be a lot costlier, since its a mainstream board. and 945 has a faster graphic core, which should help gaming (I dont recommend integrated graphics at all for gaming),anyway make sure that the mother board u buy has a pci-e slot which will help future upgrades for graphic part.

@blue Priced up an AMD board and chip? Here at least the cost of an AMD + board would see you being able to buy a low-mid end graphics card to go with it opposed to an intel and baord. For most things however onbaord graphics will do fine, just don't expect too mucth out of games.
@p900: re your my documents icon, iirc right click on the desktopm goto properties, and I think its in the desktop tab itself that you can go through and change the icons for My Documents. BTW that one you have is the default. Me, I use a product from Stardock called Iconpackager, lets you basically "theme" all your icons into nice sets or mix n match.
@axxxr: version of msn? do you immeadiately get "default gateway" on opening messenger, or is there a little more to the error message?
