Why can't i update, are all your phones unbranded?

yeh i think u need to debrand ur phone...my friend is on "3" and i told her to check SEUS this morning...all she could get was R1DA039 LOL...my phone was Optus (Australia) and before i debranded it i couldn't get a single firmware n was stuck with R1CA029 (which made my AUD$700 phone feel like a $200 phone)
anyway 7 hours after upgrading to R1FA030 i got my first freeze...went to press Messaging and then phone just froze, went blank and had to reboot. it seems to be a pretty stable firmware for me though, and its very resopnsive now
.
i'm not sure if its just my phone, but everytime i turn my phone on i get massive lag for about 20 seconds and cant do anything until the lag stops. don't think this happened with old firmware..any1 else got this problem?

New problem here!! battary drain faster then the past T_T on R1EA033 i can use 3days. on R1FA030 i use 1 day only.

are u sure?bcoz i updated mine frm R1EA033 too and i noticed the battery life is still fine after plying some music over the loudspeaker.

I'm quite happy with how my W910 is running with the new firmware installed.Theme's don't reset,bluetooth seems stable with my GV435 and my DS220,restarts hardly happen,menu navigation is much faster its a big improvement for me.The phone was on 030 when i bought it in April and 2 updates later i can't believe how much better its become.If only this happened with my K850.Making me not want to recieve my 902 this Friday now.

I have question about HSDPA feature in this phone. When I'm on the HSDPA coverage, should the 'H' icon appear or not? While ago i have a HSDPA option in GSM/3G networks setting, that before i did a master reset. Also, what is the maximum HSDPA speed for this phone. I have a Huawei E220 modem and after an ugrade to last firmware now can support to 7,2 Mbps network.

i guess its mainly yr hardware problem,maybe u can try reinserting yr battery after the next full recharge?i turn on my phone jz nw after a long night rest frm yesterday and it still had 88% battery with it.
to those who had random restarts when u are multitasking,its normal for a phone to do so bcoz to prevent further dmg to the processor and to solve the lagging.the same thing happen to my fren's K810 and many other phones.
btw something out of topic here.to those of u who had the demo tour video on yr phone,wats the name and path of the video?i hav the video but i nid to rename it and put it in the correct path for the phone to recognize it.
