@ the useless expert guy

16 mm is not a "thin" phone, wow only 12 phones less than 12 mm? that doesn't seem like a very high number, so ovbiously this would be a rare slim phone.

and why are you comparing this phone to htc stuff that you say "have almost price just 200$ more offered impressive set of features"

like wtf what do you mean only $200 more? do you think everyone's money is limitless or something? i barely see anyone with those overpriced htc phones. this is directed more to the general public, and no non business person would want to spend more money on some non appealing htc phone.

i would continue with the rest...don't feel like it right now

EDIT: and Mizzle, great job on the review!

Nice little review Mizzle, good bunch of photos and screenshots.

One thing, does the messaging still refresh like the P1 does? Has it improved in this respect?

Nice review Mizzle.Keep up the good work.Hea.hea.(there is always someone down the line shouting, nothing to bother ones mind). According to slow sms opening.when the inbox is emty its no slower then nokia 6290.(When in RAM off course).And its the only phone I know that could get an sms away in three clicks. 1: point your favorit contactbox 2: point your contac (and write message) 3: send.

hey guys, im new here and joined just to ask a couple of questions =D

i currently have a k750 flashed to w800, i want a phone that has a reasonable camera in it just for the fun times, but an easy to use media player.
i also read before about the dust in the screen, it doesnt effect the way the touch screen operates does it?

since i like useing my phone to listen to music, jsut wondering, what hands free comes with the phone retail?

thanks alot

I discovered today that when in camera mode, if you press the centre button of the navigation pad, the camera will automatically focus and take a picture.

@MIZZLE :
my hpm-82 comes up as a "textphone" accessory, yet two other standard SE handsfree sets come up as "handsfree".have you tested the G900 with handsfree sets yet?the hpm-82 works perfectly with my k800 so i'm not sure why it doesn't with the G900.

also, like somebody else mentioned earlier, my signal bars are inconsistent in strength, i.e. here in Wellington, my k800 signal bars were always full strength anywhere in the city, but my G900 signal bars vary quite alot.so either the k800 was lying, or the G900 isn't picking the signal up as strongly as the k800.

i would also like to add, why isn't there a RED option for G900's on this site??i could only choose brown for my G900 picture!!!most frustrating!!

Thanks, guys.

@Caspa
Refresh like P1 does?

@azza871
If you're going from a feature phone such as K750, I'd say you should stay in that league. Have a look at the W890

@K71

When I connect the HPM-82 to the G900, it takes a second, then pops up with a message saying the HPM-82 has been connected as a hands-free accessory.

The signal strength isn't excellent, as you've noticed, but I'm unsure if it is software-related, as I never experienced any problems with it directly losing the signal, or if really is hardware-related.

This is slightly off-topic, but how about C702 then?
