Now after using C901 for 2 months built quality issue emerges. The number 6 button on my C901 has sunk, losing tactile feedback. But, it's still is a great phone.

keypads are tested well before they are incorporated into the design and use of a mobile phone.
it all depends on the way a user types on the keys and/or the maintenance-care given to the keypad.

last year, i owned a T650. My friend bought it too for he was smitten by T650's beauty.
Just last month, my friend complained that his T650's keypad is troubling him. there were keys not working anymore.

after asking him his keypad usage and habits, i learned that he uses his keypad extensively for gaming. It has been his habit too to sleep with his T650 playing music via headset, only to wake up finding that his T650 is under his back.
imagine the weight of his body pressing on the T650's body!

i am about to buy myself a c901 next week.
i think its a k750 reborn.

I don't play games with my phone and I really take good care of them. If somethings goes wrong like what happen to my C901, you can't really help but to think that there's quality issue.

Rarely randomize issue...give it into Sony Ericsson official certified service center nearly your location, hope they could fix it.

Using C901 about 3 months with texting about 1500/month and playing game everyday but no keys issue. C901 keys one of the best FOR ME.
But have some issue with cracking battery cover in some side (may be b'cause i often open it).
