Polancer,
regarding the Barrel Compensator on the CZ-75 ....no you can't just buy that. all compensators are made to order. or if there is a ready-made model- you still need a gunsmith to have him attach the thing. and the accurizing method is not to be trusted to any machine-operator guy! you have to have a trusted gunsmith (preferably who also know the reason why you want it installed there) and have him work on it very well, giving him time for trials. if not.... you'll have your gun ruined instead! that is why Lantin gave me a Php25k quotation on that CZ. well, i'm sure some people here will tell me it's over-priced and Tony Pascual may do it with a lower fee and we trust him more, but thats business for them. Lantin now feels he is also selling his name. anyway....
i'll show you more modified guns when we meet again, Polancer. you'll understand more why they put those modifications. in the meantime... check out the numerous gun disciplines and formats... IDPA (International Defensive Pistol Association,
http://www.idpa.com/); IPSC (International Practical Shooting Confederation); Three gun competitions; Open and Limited Class; Police Pistol Combat/Competition (http://www.eohc.ca/ppc.asp); and our PPSA (Philippine Practical Shooting Association), etc. they have those things you're now interested in. search them on the internet, i'm sure you'll find more explicit explanations.
sa weekend na tayo mag-firing, Polancer! forget school muna, hahahha!
