Hi,

With my R520m, I have the problem that with blancs in a name, FMA changes coloms so all informations goes under the wrong headers.

Is this R520m specific??

Hi,
this is great program but unfortunately it has many bugs including this one:

Synchronization with my T68i (R7A005) and fMA works only for a first time, every other time I have tried to synchronize I get "Error: synchronize aborted" and my Phonebook folder in fMA gets one empty entry which I can't erase anymore.

I'm using Windows XP and IR connection and I haven't instaled any Sony Ericsson software because I dislike it totaly.

Forget messing around with MPM. I've tried for 3 days to get it to work, downloading pretty much every SE communications package, rebooting my PC after almost every breath and I still couldn't get it to work. (Too many dead links on the SE site as well) In the end I downloaded FMA and the sun is shining again. Connected first time to my T68m and I can now download all the themes and logos etc I require. Well done float, you're a star.

Hey

I just got MA, and at first i couldnt run it, then i downloaded that ActiveX Script thing, and now i can actually get it to load. It can just-about connect with my phone (its unstable). I have managed to sync all my SMS, but not my phone book. I can change profiles, but i cant seem to manage to upload any files to the phone, it just says "Sending..(watever).." at the bottom, but doesnt seem to do anything.
I am using a USB Cable, T300 Phone, Windows 98SE.

Installing the latest FMA 0.09.9

Is it an upgrade or do i have to do a new install,what will happen to all my data in my previous version?
I am afraid to loose all my archieved smses?

I think I need to upgrade becos long sms on mine (0.09. comes thru as gibbberish!

just copy the new version over the old one. your old data files would be read by the new one. btw, there's no install procedure yet . and the long sms problem is already fixed in the latest version

if your kinda paranoid, make copies of the data files to a different folder and then copy the new version of the program over your data to try it out. (the files are: *.dat and the vbscript file)

Thanks Gowin,anyway I downloaded the latest version and when unzipped its a fresh programme without data.I still have the previous version with all the data.
I cannot figure a way to import or export the data.I cannot seem to open the archives .dat with the float program?Any ideas?
