can i relate to arnold. during my 1st t68, i really got mad at globe. i bought my unit there. it was faulty, resets alot and has a mind of its own. after 3 customer service personnel & 2 hours of shouting, they refered me to smartnet. i called before i went there & i guess that the cs there knew i was so pissed off, he told me to go there. replacement was instant.
@

phils.
do customers really have to go to a shouting match before you take actions? do you always react not act? we are not critical customers, just unhappy ones. cs is as integral as the management. i believe you should rethink your strategy and organization. how many unhappy customers would it take for you to realize that

intl.'s effort to setup a pilot office here is a joke. a mockery to their existence. goodness, your existence is a big joke! if you can't address customer's concerns, then what good are you? just another fly in the flypaper?
and this is only for your cs, don't get me started with your product. boy well have a long one at that. 1st point: quality assurance. look it up in the dictionary, it's not hard to find.

@arnoldc- everyone here had more or less said their 2 cents worth aboutthe incident. Were behind you 110%. Im sure we can get good results if we work as a group to protect our consumer rights. Count me in for saturday. Wanna hear the whole story too.

We, we try our best to make our customers buy from us again. We go for long term deal; if we dnt give them the proper treatment, how can we profit from them again; the bottom line is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Something funky is happening to my T39m!!! Just today I received some text messages and the names of the senders did not appear on the phone (their numbers are on the phone and have been on my phone since I first bought them, they were never edited or deleted)! The sender’s names appeared in all the texts I received yesterday... so what went wrong? I checked the memory status on the phone and it said I had 50(510) or 50 entries out of 510. Really weird cuz I actually have over 300 entries in my T39m phone book.... I counted them - they were not deleted. The phone seemed not recognize all other entries except for 50 when someone called or texted.
When I got home, I quickly backed up my phone book in the Phone Book & Text Manager on the PC and synced. I then deleted all the entries on the T39m phone book and re-synced it with the PC. Now when I check the memory status of the phone... I get 396(510) or 396 out of 510.
How could my phone not recognize the entries when they where actually there on the phone and why did it happen....it worked perfectly fine just yesterday?
One more thing... my phone seems to auto shut off for the past few days.
I am really getting concerned since the CS of SE is not what we expect it to be (ex. arnold's encounter), but I plan to bring it to Smartnet anyways.
Any clues? Is this a new bug? My firmware is R4A008 – I upgraded it in the last EB. Vjam's phone which has the same firmware version doesn't have the same problem. Anyone else? Arghhhh
