Yeah, most places are pretty expensive for accessories - better off online.

Its with Virgin prepaid, so guess it'll be locked to their network for a set period (6 months?) but if its unbranded, that's quite a deal

you gotta remember though networks buy in huge bulk, and its on prepaid, so you would expect them to have it cheaper! Even if they didnt buy bulk i think they would still have cheaper.
oh and, its locked to virgin/optus
