I honestly don't regret getting shot of my C905 one bit. All the problems that were present are still there, and now Sony Ericsson have finally admitted publicly that build quality in their handsets has been quite poor.
For all those who said it's only the complainers who come on and talk about problems, we can see now that

's build quality really is slipping on a much bigger scale. The last two cyber-shot flagships have been pretty poo, and I can certainly see myself looking to a Samsung future with my next phone.
(But not Nokia, lol! Not going through that boring S60 crap again!)
It's such a shame. My fav brand really is looking shoddy these past 2 years.
Edit: 6000th post on this thread!

Well, this is the direct quote:
Sony Ericsson managing director Nathan Vautier said: "We are very aware of this. We need to take a step up and understand where these quality issues are coming from. We have gone from having one of the best performing quality brands to having issues on certain products.
"We are addressing this radically, starting from within the core of our manufacturing business, in changing how we conduct our research and development, where we source our components and how we test our products.
"We will also manage this locally through post sales teams. In the short term we will be looking at ways to support this further through more accessible software downloads. But it has to start within the product itself."

Battery drains quicker that way.
