Ok, so i have the dreaded earphone problem now, i've tried the software update did nothing.
This is going to have to go back to
Do you guys know how long it normally takes for them to repair it and send back?

They took 5 days to fix mine.
I am thankful that it went btw, it fixed the slight wobble in the slider.

@Lunion: It has nothing to do with software, the fault is with the earpiece's flex ribbon.

Thats right. Most of the problems on some of the handsets are inter-related. I think the wobbly slider might cause the cable to pe pulled loose and other problems will stem from that.
The keypad seems to be problematic too. I seem to be one of the lucky ones as mine seems to be trouble free so far but I'm glad they've come out and acknowledged - albeit in a roundabout way - that they need to get to grips with the QC and quick.

hello all, it is interesting post, well i have a 800i but i think that sucks as it runs out of battery all the time is it just my phone of is it with all, if all then its fine r else i will get my habds on a iphone once & for all, what say people d you think it s a good ploy?

I have a week 54 phone, and i have had the phone for about 2 weeks now, and i am having a problem in the d-pad where pressing the down key has changed function from scrolling down now it has the function of hanging up or coming to the home screen or shutting down, is there any way to solve this issue??
