is globe just gonna surprise us with the rates?? i think if they are going to start charging july 1 they should have advised us already in the june billing... is this another strategy of globe na pagdating ng July billing may automatic na P300 (example only) charge? versus...if you know the charges now and find it expensive, you have the option to discontinue gprs so lugi sila hehe
