I wonder if sofia will have ti omap-2420 with geforce 5500. It will be outperfomed any current symbian mobiles

i think combining TI-OMAP 2420 CPU and GoForce 5500 is not possible, just because imho both processors don't have compatibility with itself, and i can't remember any symbian device to have GoForce 5500 chip instead the second-rate PowerVr GPU. it think it's some kind of binary incompatibility. so if sofia would have NVIDIA chip it won't be a UIQ smartphone(otherwise it could be Windows!!!

aight, im finally back from doing some great stuff lol.
250Mhz 333Mhz won't make much difference as long as u are not running a smartphone system. if ur MSDP card is slow it'll be slow forever no matter what you do. take the most theoratic example of saving pic, the difference between taking 1.2 sec and 1.0 sec to save, no effect on user experience really.
also, it depends on the software (c.f. MAC OSX & Windows Vista) as well as the amount of RAM (again hardware AND software vis s60 with/without FP1)
and most importantly the battery performance, (xenon flash remember?)
