There you go another bias statement that is going to flame up
Granted LED is not strong for long distance darkness. But how about near distance dark or daylight pics?

You can't conpare phones when firmware is still maturing. The design can be spoke about but why try to compare something when they just about come out in stores.

When is the firmware mature? When it is considered bug free (and if so by whom?) or when the product has reached "End of Life"?
Could it not be argued that SE rushed the K850i with immature firmware? The benefit of a review such as GSMArena's is to see what you get if you buy the product NOW. And I think the majority of K850i owners wouldn't have a clue about SEUS.

When its bug free by the end customer ie yourself, me, general public e.t.c.
If the majority of k850i owners don't have a clue about SEUS then they should read the manual properly to find out about it. Have they read the manual? Probably not.

@plankgatan
As Gsmarena says that,k850 is not on par not only with n95 but they say it not even a worthy contender in 5mp segment
"we feel that this time the Sony Ericsson K850 is not on par with the other major contenders. While it sports wonderful camera interface and a wonderful xenon flash, the Sony Ericsson K850 simply doesn't cut it with image quality this year. All of our recent shootouts confirmed that the Sony Ericsson K850 is inferior in camera quality."
Sorry Plankgatan,My deep condelences,i think there's no point fighting the loosing battle.While all major reviews points out that,k850 is disappoinment again and again.SE got it wrong right from start from announcing and releasing the device,and totally messed up,and its hurting to hear that k850 doesnt even stand chance to be considered for 5mp.Lets hope atleast they get k860 or whtever right.As for now we have to accept the truth that n95 has better image quality and lesser noise,And with N82 being released,the only advantage Se had has also been crushed.There by totally destroying the sales of k850.And with many people having problems with automatic lens,and flash,and also everday we come up to See loads of new problem about k850 in esato and users being diappointed with it,is just another one example.

@Masseur
Well you managed to make me laugh with this one
"most camera improvements come in the first firmware update, presumably because SE takes some note of user comments once they are widely available."
SE listening and taking notice of their users surely not now that would be innovative of them.

lol, well I just assumed they must get their info for changes from somewhere
@arunvc, the K850 is not (to use your words) "totally messed up"
and just another reminder that the comparison is between a mature product and one still on its first firmware
have we already forgetten the purple tinge of the original N95 firmware?
