But, how can we turn on the flash for twilight landscape mode?

Oh my...I read it wrong...again...zzz

anyways, is it normal for both my twilight modes to be bluish in colour? I had to apply white balance to correct the colours.

yes its normal, because twilight scenes give redish colors, and u need blue to correct it.
