Here in Lebanon the official w995 would not be out before August perhaps but you can find in grey market without warranty just 10 days after European release

i think every country have Grey market, but the problem is warranty and higher price.
i already faced a prob with k850i
i got it from Grey market and a warranty form same store in India
i faced lot of build,S/w issues n i pissed off with claiming the warranty form them.
i don't prefer buying form Grey market unless until it doesn't have any build, s/w quality issue and good reviews.
so people i advice u don't rush.... as u can get lower price with warranty when its official.

I saw this phone two weeks ago. A woman was taking pictures with it on a square here in Sweden (Åre, to be precise). Oh, the protection plastic (That is supposed to be removed) on the camera lens was still there

I was talking about Expansys France and Germany,anyway I doubt it will be out on 14th,in a very optimistic view I will say 25th
Anyway in my country you have to add 2-3 additional weeks for black market and 6-7 weeks for official AFTER the European release
