"2-3 mid-range Xperia will be announced in CES. Flagship of the Year will be announced in MWC. I hope you guys stop keep waiting the next flagship."
Nothing about the number of flagship. He just try to help Sony Mobile to sell some more phone only.

It's the sensors side of Sony, so anybody can buy it and implement it, including Sony Mobile. But it also means other companies like how most are using Sony's camera sensors.

others twice a year
also he is using "could" instead of "would"
remember what happened on XZ2 Premium? it supposed to unveil on MWC.

I have no idea if it's real or fake.
They say antutu near 400k and multicore near 13k.
