Hi. Updated the firmware with DaVinci back to R3K and the Time & Cost menu has reappeared! Also find the signal seems to be better and it doesn't drop calls in marginal signal areas as much as R3M did.

Well upgraded my o2 branded phone today using SEUS, went from R3F008 --> R3M008

I now have R3M008 sw. Updated the old one today. Lots of small bugs that enoyed me have been fixed. Only one left is that it still cant support MSDuo PRO. Hope SE makes a new update with this fixed soon (like in P900 case).
