I don't know if this is good or bad, the latter likely as it shows bad programming.
I had trouble with the PCSuite Mobile Networking Wizard, it refused to detect my phone even after uninstalling the version in the CD and installing the new version from the Internet. Recently my notebook hard disk developed a defective area on it, so before I took it in for replacement, I did a low level format (which didn't fix the problem). Having a blank disk to try some stuff, I installed the new PCSuite and now the Mobile Networking Wizard works!
It's really troubling. So, a word of caution for those just getting a P990, don't install the PCSuite on the CD included, download the new version from SE web site if you want to avoid problems.

Maybe just coincidence.....the built-in SE task-manager on my P990 stopped working 2 days ago with no error message (no big deal thanks to SM Pro). But ever since I have NOT experienced any memory leak......phone has been up for 2 and a half days, still same amount of RAM altough same usage pattern as always.

Could it really be that the task manager is causing all those memory leaks???

Donīt want to restart the phone now........hope it stays like that for a while....

From what I can tell this will now never appear. It is no longer on the SE site at all, was seemingly removed from the SE UK store site, and a number of retailers have it shown as discontinued.

Hi Im having problems downloading a chat application (Mxit) to the P990.

It asks to allow to send an uncrypted certificate to download, I choose the yes option but then the web just refreshes and refreshes...

Any idea why?
I have the latest R7A001 software.
