I can't believe what I'm going to write now but I hope Sony also delays the phone, it's the best of two hard decisions I feel.

Next HTC flagship set to rock SD810 and expected to be released early next year and is already in network testing on most US networks contradicting PA's report of a delay of the CPU.

Source is
http://www.businesskorea.co.k[....]alarm-bells-ringing-samsung-lg
The rumours were posted here on the 26th of Nov, by blank3609, article claims december 2nd, industry source. Not that I don't tend to trust websites but from I recall on the intrinsyc site, the shipping date of the SD810 development platform was for mid December. It has now changed to late December. So there might be some truth to the story, but who knows how badly it is delayed. Maybe weeks, or perhaps months, if true.

The Tablet MPD is still slated for a mid december shipping.

Regardless, the business korea article only states some industry source, so until more articles appear with more sources, not citing the business korea article, I will believe it, but for now, I am still hopeful for a launch in late Q1.
Worse case scenario is sony launches the Z4 with the SD805, but this won't be different than the Z3, unless it features a QHD screen, at 5.5 and upgraded camera sensor, otherwise, what will be the point in upgrading from Z2 or Z3? Even for me, going from Z1 to such a Z4 wouldn't make sense. Best case scenario, Z4 will launch with SD810. Most likely scenario in my opinion, Z4 will launch with SD810 but be delayed, either April to May timeline.
Hmm why would HTC go for a FHD and also 3 GB of ram and not 4GB? Are going to see most devices with only 3GB and SD810 at MWC?

No, because he will use a flip phone since he's downgrading his Aston Martin to a Fiat!

New z4 tablet supposedly info from that "An Onymous":
"243 x 171.2 x
6.3 mm #SONY #XPERIA #TABLETZ4 DIMENSIONS. NO MORE PICTURE FRAME STYLE BEZELS"
"#SONY #XPERIA #TABLETZ4 TO SUPPORT OPTIONAL STYLUS IMPUT SIMILAR TO GALAXY NOTE SERIES #MWC15"
https://twitter.com/Xperia_Insider
for comparison, milukugiuniu recent z4 tablet info:
"Z3 Tablet 10.1"IPS-Black Motionflow XR 120 2X2GB RAM 2.8 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 2560x1600 DSEE HX/Hi-Res 8MP-Front-facing Camera,24mm F1.4 G Lens,ISO 25600,1/2.33 Exmor RS 20MP-Primary Camera,25mm F2.0/F4.0 G Lens,ISO 12800,1/2.33 Exmor RS 8600mAh Battery
8.6 mm thick"
a little contradiction here... different prototypes?
anyway, sounds good, sony is listening.

Well if the new larger 10 inch tab will be as thin as that, do not expect any superior camera, probably same unit as the tab 3 compact.
Perhaps there are or were 2 prototypes, who knows.

I have the original tablet Z and Z3 Tablet compact and I've not once even thought about taking a photo with either of them. I don't think a high end camera in a tablet is necessary, the addition of an LED flash would be welcome but again not necessarily a deal breaker. Does anyone who owns a tablet use the camera frequently enough to warrant a top end camera that will only bump up the price for something the very rarely will get used.
