I have found this as well, also certain apps only work on certain phones due to screen size as well.

Just got an htc wildfire, which runs 2.1 and the difference is immense. 2.2 seems to be even better, hope the update for the wildfire is out soon.

I have done the update to R2BA024 and the battery is allot better. Unfortunately I did it OTA and still do not have the SE sync feature, will wait until later today, and try it through SEUS and see what happens then.

Dude let me tell you still many major apps don't support Android 2.2 yet but am sure they will soon. No doubt 2.2 is way better than 2.1 but we need to get into 2.X so we can get more apps for X10.

Yes I have updated the new firmware which is R2BA023 which is the latest in India and yes the battery life simply superb! there is no second thought. My EDGE is always on and at night wifi, twitter and facebook update every 3 hours, push e-mail happens like every 20mins. All in all it's great cause it runs whole day easily. Ofcourse without charging

I'm just worried about 2.2 upgrade on X10 cause they can do the same like X1i. X1i should have got WM 6.5 but they released X2 which to me makes no sense and it did went flop because I don't think anybody would spend the same amount of money they spent on X1i just for WM 6.5 which is why I bought X10.
Now if they release X11 or anything and get Android 2.2 it would be foolish. Releasing X11 or XYZ with 3.0 would still make sense to me as it needs a good hardware upgrade too. The problem with SE is, they are too slow about all these things while HTC, Moto and Apple are like running!

One question:
if I download from Android Market FM radio app, plug in Nokia`s headphones (which have integrated radio antenna), will it be possible to listen to radio then?

Only if the device has a built in FM radio chip.

I have e-mail SE regarding low in-call and ringer volume on X10 and here is the response:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting the Sony Ericsson support centre.

We're sorry to hear the issues you are experiencing have not been resolved. Unfortunately we are unable to confirm whether any adjustments will be made to volume with updates in the future however we have passed your feedback on to the relevant department for you.

Kind Regards,

Aimee Watson
Sony Ericsson UK Customer Services

I hope more people complain to SE of the low in-call volume and put pressure on them to get it solve...........hope SE listen to us though.
