I've dealt with that Aimee Watson before at SE Customer Services and it was the worst customer service I'd ever received.
Awful, infact. I know that's probably not her real name but still, I'd contact them again for a second opinion.

Here in Sweden and other countrys the x10i is boundled with the BT headset mw600 wich has a fm/radio (you can use the fm radio without the phone) it's basic but works really well. i see no use of having a fm chip in the phone (unless you want to save radio stations i guess)

I agree. I don't have a problem with the in call volume either and media volume is loud enough when in ear headphones are fitted correctly.

I can log in to face book via timescape using wifi but it doesn't work when using 3G........very weird ! Anyone has the same experience? How to fix it? Thanks !
