I don't think so as Ultra Pixel is so bad tech
Maybe UP with 13 MP not 4 MP would do

Ultra pixel is only good in lowlight.in sunny days it just takes crappy pics and low res makes for crappy croping and editing.from what i ve seen on Androidcentral.com Z destroys one in focusing and details but takes more saturated pics that i like but some people would not

Speaking about cameras, is Sony taking action against their legendary amount of post photo process? It's obvious that Sony is using too much noise reduction resulting in a great loss of detail. What about their screen? Any action taken? It is obvious that Xperia Z's screen isn't as good as competition.
Just my opinion if Sony wants to succeed.

Because everyone including randomuser, dacha, huiyi and zomg believe that one sony will have 20mpx cam with a big sensor and carl zeiss optics.
And why would sony use the so called other's 'ultrapixel' cameras in their phones when they themselves r a world leader in imaging ???

Guess you missed a couple of pages
One Sony was supposed to have 20mpx sensor but now Sony has decided to opt for a Nokia 808 Pureview approach. The actual sensor itself will be 20mpx but it will shoot around 8mp/5mp stills in downsample mode.
This will result in better quality images with no noise and ample amounts of detail.
