There is something that make me worried about the Phablet, its true that it has the same spec as Note 3, but the camera might be a problem, I bet the Note 3 will get 13mp camera (for Marketing), that left the Phablet with 8mp :I know Exmor RS will be better, but SS can use 13mp to create hype :

Also it won't be anywhere near as thick as Pureview 808 etc simply because Exmor RS is a stacked sensor and as such even with same sensor size and max res, it is physically significantly smaller than other brand sensors and even Sony's own Exmor R sensors.
And as I mentioned earlier, the sensor on one sony will be exclusive to Sony. Samsung/Apple etc won't get their hands on it.

I'm looking forward to hearing confirmed specs and seeing leaked photos! if the design is as amazing as the spec list and the photos as amazing as they should be.. i am sold. even if it'll probably cost $800 USD

One Sony is not a codename and nor does it refer to one single device. It refers to the new species of Xperia phones that will integrate the best of Sony Group in them and will be worked on by all major Sony group divisions and not just Sony Mobile.
Every year there will be a "one sony" phone or the new flagship Sony devices in simpler terms.
P.S. All tech bloggers/site owners reading Esato, I urge you to post One Sony specs on your blog/site

The specs sounds absolutely awesome. If this really releases in September/October, it would kill all the other phones including whatever Apple/Samsung releases next year (iPhone 7/Samsung GS5). Sony has to get everything right though, no more stupidity like Burst Mode taking better pics cuz of bad software or using Gray UI to make the phone screen look washed out. NO MORE SUBPAR VIEWING ANGLES! Also, I love how it will keep the water resistant feature of the Z. Sony really needs to make that features theirs (until others copy it for their flagship). I love the huge battery.
One more request: make the phone compatible with the PS4's remote play feature like the PS Vita and ONLY have it on the One Sony phone (plus Vita of course). This would be huge for gamers without Vita. And perfect timing with the release of the PS4 later this year.
One question: why not the 2.5GHz S800?
