salespeople are GOOD!!!
Semicon service/service reps suck(s). well, not really all, but generally. they feel like they know too much. and the price they give you for the repair, DAMN!
i've had my own experiences with them.

@nes... if you have the official receipt from an authorized distributor then they are bound to honor it. I will help you out in your complaint as long as you are complete with your papers. Ericsson Philippines is bound by its agreement according to the provisions stated in the manual. Ericsson did not include limitations in other countries except if the product has "an interior or exterior which is different from equivalent models sold in other countries" or "it may not be possible to repair SIM-locked Products" (from other countries).
