I wonder if it's going to be touch buttons right under the screen, rather then just on the sides of the pad/scrool button, as it does seems to be little bit of wasted space there.

They put a BLACK k770 because it was a new color- and I don't think this is some kond of press photo- it's one of those photos they use for internal presentations (take a look at the "what se can do" one for example).
And the phone in the center on the bottom has a cybeshot tag next to it- doubt it's the p5...
