afaik, you lose everything only if you do a master reset. i think someone mentioned before about updating firmware without having to do a master reset after.
you've got a k750, you can just back up all your contents to your pc..

rocky, I was also trying to send the photos to a PC but only one of the several photos I marked got transferred. I had to transfer my photos one at a time! What a bummer! My s/w is R1CA021 China.
Should this matter? I'd really want to know why I cannot send multiple photos to my PC via Bluetooth.

sounds like you need to install the SE update service usb driver which is on the SE website.
