Is this still working? It was working fine till today evening. I am having 6630 and I formatted my phone. Now when I try to use this hack I get a message saying Maximum no. of connections in use. Close the other connections?

Is anyone facing this problem?

No. I'm not facing this problem. Please see the connection manager and make sure that no app is using connection. Do you have Nokia Gallery?

Spartan and alands and other guys are g8 here,

For me it worked only when i am accessing the internet thru firefox or opera, IE 6.0 doesn't work and those programs depending on IE technologies doesn't work. i tried to set proxy in thse setting but of no use, still i am happy coz it worked on firefox and opera and the max speed i got is 3 KBPs

I suppose it is designed to work on specific settings which i am overriding

thnx.i dwnloaded yahoo msgr4m .co.in.its workin fine in the sense dat now atleast i can totally sign out nd pm my contacts.bt still no access to chat rooms n yes msg transmission speed is very slow as i checked it.
moreover wenevr downlink fails in your freedom it disconnects yahoo msngr automatically.as such im jst usin it to sign out to my mobile nd am still using the client a e-messenger.net that is quite tedious but good at times.Aint there ny way to use yahelite.
can you suggest ny remedy4 this.

yes dude i am from mumbai.But i'm usin y messenger without freedom. I think it worked wit freedom also,settings r wat sparton has given in first few pages.

@aks dude. Earlier when i had old y messenger,it was workin normal.So try a older version in old magazine cds etc. Now the new one gives prob sometimes. Did not get time to try wat alan said.Lets see if the indian version works well. One more thing i noticed is no mumbaikar is able to access y rooms

Actually the new US version give problems. I don't have problems with Yahoo Messenger 7.0 BETA(Indian version)
