This is the first time its happened in 6 months of ownership. After disconnecting from the usb cable..
My W810i hard reset on its own. I lost all the games and applications, some of the pictures in phone memory and the worse thing is.. the "internet services" shortcut in the menu doesn't work anymore. it displays: "something is wrong with the page you tried to access. Choose another link"

I can reinstall the software, but does anyone have any idea how to fix the internet services problem?

I can still access the browser through the old shortcuts in the bookmarks section. that means the net access browser is still intact.

How to fix my menu "internet services" problem???

The only way is fully flashing the phone via Wotan Server. You need 7 EURO.

Whats that? my phone is still under warranty.. could i do it at the service centre?

What happened to my phone anyway?

I just did a software upgrade via seus. My software has upgraded but i still get my above problem of the internet services shortcut not working..

Is a software upgrade considered fully flashing?

Hi prometheus.

You should try the service center first. If it doesnt work, try what Aremaboy suggested. I think an upgrade is different from a full flash, as fully flashing a phone is like reinstalling the whole firmware. While an upgrade is only overwriting the old firmware with the new one. Think of the "Fully Flashing" as a fresh installation.

how do u install it to the phone
and
how do u back up the original firmware.

w810i is an "old" phone. no new fw will be released.Besides,R4E is already stable.
