Are the rumors reliable or is it under the assumption that SE release a new firmware every 2 weeks. The last one we knew was coming, is this one just a rumour or do we have grounds to believe that one is on its way (soon)

There are so many bugs SE engineers can not keep up with them anymore. I really think the new FW will solve almost every bug.

The reason is , if SE comes up with a new FW today we will still find alot of bugs because still until today at least one bug is found by a forum member. So I guess they are taking their time to give us the almost perfect FW to shut us and everybody up. They can do the fine tuning afterwards.

When the lights on the P990 are lit, listen to your phone very carefully, you'll hear a strange beepish sound

IMHO maybe we should stop this 'maybe, someone told me, blah blah' comment.

when everyone starts talking about a new fw, then thats the time we can discuss.

for now, lets just wait, hope and see.

IMO, unlikely able to resolve all issues soon.

SE should prioritise and releases in batches.

I bought it in London /UK.
How can one know if the set is branded to a certain market, and what it the update level. why, at all, should there be a different in the firmware level, we all have the same bugs. I submitted a query to SE, and at this stage they didn't bother to reply.
