Seriously,the keys look very small and least user friendly...and the select buttons,c,and back buttons design don't help either.
and the back looks plain...whats the 2 square holes near the walkman logo in the back??

This looks like a mash-up of the W810 soft keys + P910 keypad on a K600 shell. It's a Photoshop most definitely, but I reckon the actual device will look 90% like this. It's just that mashing up elements from real handsets make them more

But hey, people always tend to hate SE spy shots, including me, and end up liking or loving the phone's design in the end. I think the Ai is one of those phones which you really need to hold to admire.
Look at a few phone which looked horrible, but turned out great:
