With the announcement of the K770, it seems as though if you're looking for value in features, this won't be the phone to look for.

I can see this phone being more exclusive than the mass market, cheap and plasticky K770. The T650 is the classy version.

Both the T650i and K770i (same thing IMO) are designed to be lower end versions of the top spec models, hence the number designation. The K770i could be considered an upgrade from the K750i, and the K800 and K810 are the next one above that, followed by the K850i. Likewise the K550i is part of the lower end spectrum and is to replace the K750i, not supercede it. It's all about perspective.

Isn't one yet, doesn't mean there wont be. All model series have to start somewhere, and the T650i was an intentional spiritual 'successor' to the T610/T630. I suspect its not the last we'll here of the T series.
