OK, I disabled the anti-virus on my laptop and it's the same BS.
I officially give up as it's not worth the frustration.

it doesn't have a virus, but due to code in the program your AV thinks it is a virus. You have to add a2uploadr to your AV exception list, otherwise whenever you try and run it it will be stopped by the AV program.

well it works fine on my W910. pm me your email addy and I'll send you the copy of a2uploadr I am using - if it doesn't work after that then there is some other problem with your computer.

I am finding the font size too small, and also like to not have operator name in standby, with signal strength in the normal position also.

Cheers for everybodys help but got it working now. I disabled an anti-virus program (as suggested by a member) and all good !!!!
A great item this A2Uploader, even got rid of the terrible operator logo on the standby screen !!!!

Depends on what version the flash file has been created in - K850 is V2.0

it happened to me when the walkman icon was in that menu. it doesn't work cause k850i doesn't have walkman. it's like a shortcut to a program you don't have installed.

Yes, it depends on the version of the theme, newer phones use Flash lite v2.1, while K850/W890/W910 use v2.0
You have to look themes specifically for your phone or others compatible to avoid that issue.
